We can ship our products to almost any country in the world.

Finland, Denmark and other EU countries
If you wish to pay with credit card, just add the product you wish to purchase to your cart. Also add international shipment and go to check out.

If you would like to pay with a wire transfer we can arrange this. Please contact us by email and let us know what you would like to buy and where you would like it shipped and we will provide you with our bank details.

VAT registered? Contact us by email and let us know your EU VAT number and we will deduct the VAT.

Norway
Swedish VAT is deducted when we ship to Norway. This means we do not charge you VAT, but you may be required to pay VAT and custom duty in Norway.

To place an order you can chose one of two options:

1. Contact us by email or phone and let us know what you would like to order. We will then add a specific product on the website which includes shipment and the price for the goods excluding VAT. We can offer you to pay with credit card (securely over the internet) or with a wire transfer.

2. Just place your order on the website and add international shipment for Norway and choose to pay with a credit card. You will be charged the VAT for the goods, but we will manually adjust this as quickly as possible after your order has been placed. This means you get the VAT amount that is automatically charged will be refunded.

Please note that Rancilio products cannot be sent directly to Norway, due to an agreement between Rancilio and the distributor in Norway.

It is also possible to order products to a "poste restante" address in Sweden, such as Strömstad. In this case VAT will be charged just as for all deliveries within Sweden. All Rancilio products can be sent to a poste restante address in Sweden. Please contact us and let us know if you need assistance or recommendations about poste restante shipments. We can help you!

Please note that international orders needs to be confirmed to be valid. If the actual shipment cost to your country significantly exceeds the standard rate we charge based on weight we may not accept your order at that price.
